‘My son is 12yrs old was suffering terribly with trauma and anxiety and was in a state of complete overwhelm. It was totally affecting every area of his life and he had literally no tolerance to any sort of adversity.
’F & G’ used a tag team approach, which helped him and me so much. They helped him process his emotions and cope more effectively. They understood who he was and where he was at. They gave him suitable mindfulness techniques to keep him in the present rather than going into overwhelm. He still sometimes heads that way but he is so much better and can balance himself and find a way through. He has also learned to re-frame things differently and effectively. We are so grateful for the expertise and help. Most importantly for my son he felt heard and seen and I think this was integral to him being open to change and it was hugely helpful for me to have knowledge to be able to help him more effectively’

My son was disengaging at school and becoming disruptive. I started receiving calls daily, and his learning was suffering. Not only did Freedom and Growth work on his emotional triggers, they also did some educational interventions to plug some gaps in his learning.
I can’t thank them enough for helping my son to become his confident, happy former self.

Having a child with Asperger, anxiety and pathological demand avoidance, has made me feel alone and with very little support and understanding. I’ve been consulting Andrea and Louise for the past year now and the unwavering support, practical strategies for both myself, child and family have been invaluable. I can’t recommend them enough and couldn’t be happier they are launching to be accessible to so many more that may be in need of this type of service.

My daughter has always struggled with low-level anxiety that I have been able to help her manage. However, just before her move over to secondary school, it worsened.
Freedom and Growth worked with her, over a six week period, doing intensive transition work and were able to identify the root cause of her heightened anxiety, which is now resolved.
